12V Electrical Warranty
At Eureka Canopies, our 12V electrical systems are designed to provide reliable power solutions for touring, camping and work applications.
Our electrical packages utilise premium components from trusted manufacturers including REDARC, Victron, Exotronic and other quality brands. Every electrical system is professionally assembled and tested by Dynamic Wiring Solutions before being installed by Eureka Canopies. Where required, Eureka Canopies also installs the vehicle-side power connection to complete the electrical system.
Warranty Coverage
Electrical packages supplied by Eureka Canopies include:
- Manufacturer warranties applicable to the individual electrical components supplied.
- A 12-month workmanship warranty covering the assembly of the supplied electrical system by Dynamic Wiring Solutions.
- Where Eureka Canopies installs the vehicle-side power connection as part of the original installation, workmanship relating to that installation is also covered.
Warranty Claims
Eureka Canopies is your first point of contact for all warranty enquiries.
If you experience an issue with your electrical system, please contact Eureka Canopies first.
Where required, we will assess the issue and coordinate directly with Dynamic Wiring Solutions and/or the relevant component manufacturer to facilitate the warranty process.
Due to the specialised nature of 12V electrical systems, some warranty claims may require assessment or repair by Dynamic Wiring Solutions where the fault is beyond the scope of Eureka Canopies. In these cases, Eureka Canopies will coordinate the warranty process and advise the customer of the appropriate next steps.
Warranty claims may require the electrical system or vehicle to be returned for inspection before repairs or replacements are authorised.
Manufacturer Warranties
Individual electrical components are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranty policies and conditions.
This includes, but is not limited to, products supplied by:
- REDARC
- Victron Energy
- Exotronic
- Other supplied electrical component manufacturers
Manufacturer warranty periods and conditions vary depending on the product.
Workmanship Warranty
Dynamic Wiring Solutions provides a 12-month workmanship warranty covering defects in the assembly and workmanship of the supplied electrical system.
The workmanship warranty is limited to the repair or rectification of workmanship-related defects.
Warranty Exclusions
The workmanship warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Accidental damage, misuse or abuse.
- Unauthorised repairs, modifications or alterations.
- Damage caused by incorrect installation or modification by persons other than Eureka Canopies or Dynamic Wiring Solutions.
- Faults resulting from existing customer wiring or pre-existing vehicle electrical systems not supplied or installed by Eureka Canopies.
- Manufacturer defects (covered under the relevant manufacturer’s warranty).
- Customer-supplied electrical components or accessories.
- Compatibility issues involving customer-supplied equipment.
- Faults caused by equipment not supplied as part of the original electrical package.
- Used, modified or second-hand customer-supplied components.
- Consequential losses including vehicle downtime, travel expenses, accommodation costs, towing expenses, business interruption or loss of income.
Customer-Supplied Components
No warranty is provided by Eureka Canopies or Dynamic Wiring Solutions on customer-supplied electrical components or accessories.
Where customers elect to use an existing vehicle-side Anderson connection or other existing electrical wiring, Eureka Canopies and Dynamic Wiring Solutions cannot warrant the condition, compatibility or workmanship of those existing components.
Warranty claims relating to customer-supplied products must be made directly through the original supplier or manufacturer.
Labour associated with diagnosing, removing, reinstalling or replacing customer-supplied components may be chargeable.
Safety
Dynamic Wiring Solutions reserves the right to refuse the installation of any electrical equipment considered unsafe, damaged, non-compliant or unsuitable for the intended application.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing contained within this warranty limits or excludes any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.
