Eureka Canopies – Black Friday Promotion Terms & Conditions

Promotion Period

This promotion runs from Thursday, 7 November 2025 until Friday, 28 November 2025, or while promotional stock lasts, whichever occurs first.

Eligibility

• Offer applies only to new orders placed within the promotion period.
• Existing orders, quotations, or backorders placed before 7 November 2025 are not eligible.
• If you have any questions about eligibility or qualifying spend, please contact us before ordering.
• Valid on retail-priced orders only. If additional discounts, coupon codes, bundle offers, package deals or special pricing are applied, the order is not eligible for this promotion.
• Eureka Canopies reserves the right to review and verify any order claimed as eligible prior to dispatch.

Online Orders

• For online purchases made on our website, qualifying promotional items are automatically included—no code or contact required.
• Eligibility is determined by the final order total before freight/delivery charges
• Orders must be placed and paid in full during the promotion period to qualify.
• Pricing/System Errors: If any error incorrectly applies or omits promotional items, Eureka Canopies may correct the error or cancel the affected order.

In-Store Orders

• You must mention the Black Friday promotion at the time of ordering to qualify.
• All items on the invoice must be at full price. This offer cannot be stacked or combined with any other discounts or promotions.

Offer Details

Eligible customers receive free promotional items based on the total value of their order, as advertised. Promotional items are provided free of charge and cannot be substituted, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or credit.

Promotional Stock Conditions

• Free items are brand new but may be older or newer design models depending on availability at allocation.
• No warranty applies to promotional (free) items, and they cannot be returned for credit, refund, or exchange.
• Supply Limitations: If promotional stock becomes unavailable for any reason, Eureka Canopies may substitute items of equal or greater value or cancel the affected promotional component.

Qualifying Spend & Freight

Qualifying spend thresholds apply to product value only and exclude freight or delivery costs.

Order Changes

If an order is modified, cancelled, or reduced after placement and no longer meets the qualifying spend, the promotional items will be removed or charged at standard retail pricing.

General

• Offer valid only during the promotion period and subject to stock availability.
• Eureka Canopies may modify, extend, or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Standard Terms of Sale and Warranty Terms apply to all paid products in the order.
