Eureka Canopies – Black Friday 2026 Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period

The Eureka Canopies Black Friday promotion runs from Sunday, 1 November 2026, until Tuesday, 1 December 2026, inclusive.

All promotional offers are subject to the eligibility requirements and conditions outlined below.

2. Promotional Offers

Offer 1 – Free Installation on E1–E11 Packages

Customers purchasing an eligible powder-coated Eureka Canopies E1–E11 package during the promotion period will receive FREE standard installation.

  • Applies to all E1 through E11 packages, including canopy-only packages and tray and canopy packages.

  • The offer is valid on the existing discounted package prices advertised on the Eureka Canopies website. Customers are not required to pay full individual-product retail prices.

  • The package must include powder coating to qualify.

  • Free installation covers standard fitting at Eureka Canopies' Thomastown installation facility.

  • Additional modifications, custom fabrication, electrical work, accessories and services outside standard package installation are excluded unless expressly included in the quotation.

  • Installation bookings are subject to availability and may take place after the promotional period.

  • Free installation cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or another product or service.

Offer 2 – Up to 50% Off Selected Products

Customers can save up to 50% on selected clearance products during the Black Friday promotion.

  • Applies only to selected products and variants displaying promotional pricing.

  • Discounts vary by product and are calculated against the applicable genuine reference prices.

  • Clearance products may include discontinued models, older designs and excess stock.

  • All clearance canopies can be powder coated at an additional cost unless otherwise advertised.

  • Clearance discounts are subject to stock availability.

  • Promotional discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases.

3. Eligibility

  • Offers apply to eligible new orders placed during the promotional period.

  • Existing confirmed orders and backorders placed before 1 November 2026 are not eligible for retrospective promotional benefits.

  • Quotations issued before the promotion may qualify if a new order is confirmed and the required deposit is received during the promotional period, provided all other eligibility requirements are met.

  • The free installation offer applies to eligible E1–E11 packages at their advertised discounted package prices.

  • Existing advertised package pricing is permitted. However, additional discount codes, clearance discounts, special negotiated pricing or other promotional offers cannot be combined with free installation unless expressly approved by Eureka Canopies.

  • Trade and wholesale pricing are excluded unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Eureka Canopies may review and verify promotional eligibility before confirming an order.

4. Deposits & Payment

  • To qualify for free installation, customers must confirm their eligible E1–E11 package order and have the required deposit received by Eureka Canopies between 1 November and 1 December 2026, inclusive.

  • Full payment is not required during the promotional period.

  • The remaining balance is payable in accordance with the agreed order terms.

  • Installation may be scheduled after the promotion ends, subject to availability.

  • A quotation or enquiry alone does not secure the promotional offer.

  • Orders confirmed without the required deposit being received within the promotional period do not qualify for free installation.

5. Online Orders

  • Selected clearance products will display their applicable promotional pricing on the Eureka Canopies website.

  • Customers purchasing an E1–E11 package should confirm free installation eligibility with Eureka Canopies before placing their order.

  • Online clearance purchases are subject to advertised pricing, stock availability and applicable payment terms.

  • Genuine pricing or system errors may be corrected in accordance with applicable law.

  • Freight and delivery charges are not included in the free installation offer unless expressly advertised.

6. In-Store Orders

  • Customers should mention the Black Friday promotion when requesting a quotation or placing an order.

  • Free installation applies to eligible powder-coated E1–E11 packages at their advertised discounted package prices.

  • The required deposit must be received within the promotional period.

  • Additional discounts or special pricing cannot be combined with the free installation offer unless expressly approved by Eureka Canopies.

7. Stock Availability & Installation

  • All clearance products are subject to stock availability and may sell out before the promotion ends.

  • Installation appointments are subject to workshop availability.

  • Free installation remains valid for qualifying orders secured with the required deposit during the promotional period, even when installation takes place after 1 December 2026.

  • Additional services or modifications outside standard installation will be quoted separately.

  • Customers will be advised of any additional charges before proceeding.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Changes to an order after confirmation may affect promotional eligibility.

  • If a qualifying package is changed to a non-eligible package, the free installation offer will no longer apply.

  • Promotional discounts cannot be transferred to unrelated orders or products.

  • Cancellations, refunds and order amendments remain subject to Eureka Canopies' standard Terms of Sale and applicable Australian Consumer Law requirements.

  • Nothing in these terms makes a deposit automatically non-refundable or overrides any statutory refund rights.

9. General Conditions

  • Offers are valid only during the advertised promotional period and subject to the conditions stated above.

  • Promotional offers have no cash or credit redemption value.

  • Eureka Canopies may correct genuine pricing or advertising errors, subject to applicable law.

  • Eureka Canopies may amend or withdraw promotional offers where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and existing customer rights.

  • Standard product warranty terms and applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees continue to apply to all products, including clearance products.

  • Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

  • Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
